1. 7-day money-back guarantee
If a course isn't right for you, request a refund within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full — no long forms required.
2. Eligibility
The request must be made within 7 days of the payment date.
Refunds are not available where course content has been downloaded in bulk, shared or redistributed, or where the account has been suspended for a policy breach.
Bundles and combos are refunded as a whole, not per individual course.
3. How to request
Email hello@elarodigital.com from your registered email address with your name, course name and payment/UTR reference, or message us on WhatsApp.
We acknowledge every request within 48 hours.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method or UPI ID within 5–7 working days. Bank processing times may add a few days.
5. Free resources and bonuses
Free downloads and bonus material carry no charge and therefore no refund. Bonus access ends when a paid enrolment is refunded.
